We believe that diving education should be accessible to everyone. That’s why, at Soto Scuba Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida, we offer both academic and hands-on Scuba Certification training. Born out of our passion for the sea, we conduct an array of diving courses, trips, and certification excursions to meet your needs.

When you choose our program, we work with you to ensure a fun yet effective diving education. We aren’t here to sell you expensive equipment; we’re here to train you to the best of our ability. If you are looking for equipment, we have relationships with various local dive centers to get you student discounts. With our flexible scheduling options, we make our program work for you. Over 20 years experience
My many years of diving experience from teaching formally as a PADI instructor in the 1990’s to now as a NAUI instructor has shaped my professional teaching career. As a result of these many years, we are able to insure you will have an enjoyable, safe Scuba certification class experience.
